Note that this is a two story home with 5 bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 on the first floor.
The six bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests, all featuring King Beds, Smart TVs and central AC. You can see each associated by Airbnb layout in photos. (Also note, bedroom 6 can be converted into 2 twin beds upon request)
Primary Bedroom: King bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate extra large soaking tub and spacious walk in closet.(Second Floor)

Chef's Kitchen & Dining:
There are several dining options with an outdoor kitchenette that includes a grill, mini fridge, outdoor TV and plenty of prep space. Inside, the large open-plan kitchen comes with an island and large breakfast bar – your resident chef's happy place. The island is equipped with counter seating for 4 along with a dining table that fits 6. The outdoor dining table seats 8 with multiple seating options near.
Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen necessities. The following items accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, blenders, coffee grinder/french press, serving platters, cheese board, pots/pans, knives, strainer, Tupperware, cutting boards and more. We also provide a variety spice rack, salt and pepper.
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with premium Malin Goetz shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Whole home access with the exception of three storage supply closets.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100/night(2 night minimum). Please message us at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. Request will be sent via Airbnb resolution center for the even amount.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Unfortunately, not. Our home is not pet friendly due to dander allergies

It was a wonderful stay! Best At home feel ever.All of out group loved the house. LOVED THE POOL AND BACKYARD .Had a very great stay!
Definitely the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The house was absolutely amazing!! My group and I had such a fun weekend there. Jimmy was incredibly attentive and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again!
Our group enjoyed the house. The pool seemed larger in person than the pics showed. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large group of 9 adults.
